A great place to relax alone with your spouse. We really enjoyed the uniqueness of the place with the beautiful view of the lake and the manicured garden. Our host Kym was also very friendly and gave us a private tour.

My husband and I needed a weekend. And we were amazed by the beauty of Blackswan. Quiet, unique, amazing to say the least. We stayed at the Honeymoon Resort. So much fun!!!!
The location of the Black Swan Hotel is magical. The approach to the lake and the view across the lake to the city and the surrounding volcanoes is breathtaking. The manager was very welcoming and kind and helped us to have a good stay.
Great accommodation for our girls who are waiting for the weekend. Beautiful rooms, amazing location, we couldn’t be more pleased with our room. The evening spa overlooking the lake was divine. Patient staff.. We had a little fun the first night. Lots of opportunities for Instagram-worthy photos on the pier and by the lake. We really recommend 👌!
Excellent accommodation, staff were amazing and friendly. Great location for almost everything. He returned to the fire in our room, late to check in with the breakfast.
