Hello, my name is Sarah Khan and I am the appointed supervisor at the Young Children’s Early Learning Center – Wollongong.
I started my childcare career in 2012 where I started a Certificate III in Child Services. This is when I discovered my true passion for children’s education. I graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education and Care in 2015 and worked my way up to the position of Designated Supervisor. Over the last 10 years I have had the opportunity to work in many aspects of the center of care.

Came from the south coast and enrolled my child in this preschool. It is a diverse school that has been supportive since the day it started, a center for learning and play, the staff have been there for a long time and the principal is lovely and easy to talk to. Very happy to find this center. ❤️I love the videos of my little ones having fun learning and making friends every day.
Ladakh and her team provided the perfect transition from home to preschool for both of our children. We feel truly fortunate to have found this center as our children have thrived here under their care and nurturing. There is always something exciting and fun to do. My son loves taking care of pets before school and is ready for ‘big school’ thanks to their academic program. My daughter is still at the center and has thrived in an environment where she has the freedom to grow and develop her own confidence and personality. And – knowing that my kids are getting a healthy home cooked meal takes the stress out of the morning routine because I don’t have to worry about packing a lunch – just get dressed and go. I cannot recommend them enough!
Wollongong West Early Learning Center has provided a wonderful warm, nurturing and caring environment for my son and I have loved watching him learn and thrive over the past few years. They provide opportunities for many activities including helping to care for the animals. I can’t recommend fostering enough!
