He really is a wealth of knowledge for all things farm life and sustainability. Here you have the chance to ask as many questions as you need about sustainable living and how it can be added to everyday life.
Then time for lunch (and a sneaky vino if you feel like it) before some of you enjoy your choice of a 60 minute massage or facial – it’s up to you!
For those feeling energetic, a tennis tournament is on the cards to whet the appetite for our delicious dinner on the house this evening, after the pre-dinner drinks and catch up.

Then we head out to Berrima, a beautifully preserved Georgian village nearby. Founded in 1830, this beautiful little town has so much to offer. From art to groceries, from ceramics to soft toys, antiques to exotics, jewelry to clothing, books to read and crafts to make or make for you, from pampering the taste buds to pampering the whole body; everything is here.

Then it’s time for journaling. Begin your journaling journey with teacher, mentor and author, Kinchem (who also owns Springfield and is a delight). This workshop explores the art of journaling your inner experiences, writing with purpose about moments that matter, and cultivating presence in body and mind. We will explore both creative and practical writing exercises as well as short meditations that will show you how this exercise can be a life-changing addition to your daily routine for a happier, healthier, more creative and fulfilled life. After a delicious lunch, perhaps practice your new journaling skills. If you haven’t had spa time yet, it’s your turn, or even a nap in front of the fireplace with a cracking book and a glass of red wine will do the trick.

Then brekky and into beautiful Bowral for a morning of retail therapy and styling bliss. We will spend the morning in a wonderful concept store with some styling, shopping, travel wardrobe advice and more. Canapés and bubbly will also be available to ensure a fun and happy morning.

Then back to the grounds for lunch and a very busy afternoon. For those who wish to stay in town for lunch (own expense), more a shop and explore please feel free and we can organize a pick up time later in the afternoon.
Guided meditation, stretching and a lazy breakfast before we jump back into the vans and head to Sydney. We’re back in town in plenty of time for a leisurely exploration of the shops and then down to the quayside for farewell drinks. Dinner is free in the evening.
It might be nice to hop on a ferry and go to Manly depending on the weather or just stay local.
