Each workshop has a maximum of 10 people and seems to be scheduled for a maximum of 6 months. You can always ask and make a reservation at your local store.

My Craft Diary Process

All workshops range from $ 40 to $ 50 and you must pay in full when registering to attend.

I will not lie, I wanted to go to a few. I still want to participate in all the workshops offered. It was difficult to choose which one to get first.

I decided to go to the Happiness Workshop for several reasons. During my regular visits to the store, I saw the Happiness Journal several times and thought about buying it. When I read that the $ 35 magazine was included, I wanted to get more involved.

I felt a bit depressed upon booking / arrival. As the workshop was halfway through CPA semester I thought it was a good time to recharge the batteries and get something done.

I was a bit scared, so my best friend came with me. The workshop we booked took place in one of Melbourne’s city shops on Tuesday evening at 6:30 PM.

The workshop was after trading hours, so the shop was closed to the public. In the middle was a small room with 9 chairs and a small table. There were gadgets on each chair, including a happiness diary, paper, and pens. The little coffee table had plenty of goodies like fruit, chocolates and any gel pen imaginable.

We were offered drinks when we first arrived, I chose a glass of champagne but there was sparkling water as well.

The workshop offered a discount on all products in the store. I think it was 20%, but I don’t remember exactly because I refrained from buying anything. Everyone tried to find a store before the workshop started, and we all had a good look at all of the new merchandise.

The happiness workshop was led by the lovely staff member Kiki K who was involved in two different workshops.

It was really unexpected, but I felt very comfortable with the group of women at the workshops with me. I definitely don’t worry about going alone when I go for the next one. Anyone who wanted to create more happiness in their life was in the same boat as me. All members of the group were female between the ages of 18 and 50.

The girl running the workshop told us to do a few things. We had to share with the group what we felt comfortable saying out loud. Before I knew it, the workshop was over. 90 minutes seems like a long time, but it’s really gone.

Every season, the magazine of happiness gets a small update. In fact, only the color scheme changes, the content remains the same. This season, Kikki K brought it in beautiful pink.

The Happiness Journal is divided into two main sections, first information and encouragement, and then monthly describing your goals.

Instructions for using the magazine are in their infancy. Then there are some amazing and inspiring facts about happiness. After this point, it’s time to start writing. To get the most out of your happiness diary, there are many little activities that will make you think about what makes you happy and joyful. There is even a small vision board to create.

The next part is divided into 12 months of the year. Every month you choose one of 8 Happy Places. After selecting the areas to focus on, set 5 goals per month and think about how you will achieve them. There is even a monthly calendar to help you track how you achieve these goals. There is room for reflection at the end of the month.

Participation in the Kiki Ki Joy workshop was an amazing experience. I walked out of the night feeling energized, hopeful and recharged. The opportunity to meet like-minded women was a real bonus. The Kiki K team made the evening very relaxing and enjoyable.
