I called ahead and explained my granddaughter had no ID, they said she could stay. I booked a hotel that said I could cancel without charge. My granddaughter had her bag stolen on the train that day and the last 24 hours have been horrible. When I arrived at the hotel I told the receptionist who then started arguing with me on the phone and then my granddaughter who had to sleep in the front park until I could take her to another hotel who was much more accommodating and helpful. . Totally annoyed that they still had the audacity to take money out of my account. I have never emailed them to return the cs multiple times.
It was a pleasure to be with you, I found the experience quite enjoyable. The facilities were great, the club next door had excellent facilities and good food. The hotel was excellent. It was the most peaceful, calm experience you could wish for. Close to shops and surfers paradise to name a few. I will recommend to others and will definitely stay with you again, in the near future.

At $300 a night it was no better than the average motel, and the extra $100 should be charged as some sort of deposit that should be put directly into my account upon check out, you don’t have to generate interest and also pay. Movie channels are also very expensive, I’m sorry
