Orewa Beach Top 10 Holiday Park – About Ohiwa Beach The best places are always worth getting to and our place is no different. The Pacific Ocean and Ohiva Beach are just steps away from the campground, and Ohiva Harbor is even closer, so we’re a unique place ready to be explored.

The Morgan family took over the municipal lease and began working on creating a park where families could come, relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Ohiva Harbor, the beach and the bush surrounding the park.

In late 2000, Nola, Todd and their children Dean and Rene arrived at the park. With time and hard work, the park was built to provide camping facilities and some housing units. We are committed to being responsible for this special part of Ohiva for future generations. We have received several awards for sustainable business practices that continue to this day.

There are three points of interest in our park. To the north is the Pacific, where the park has uninterrupted access and views of Ohiva Beach. To the west is Ohiva Harbor where you can safely swim, kayak and fish. Behind us is a huge natural reserve of bushes. Flowering pohutukawa trees and songbirds overlook the park, its scenic paths and soot grotto.

We have incorporated these geographic features into our park layout. Our campsites are not just squares in a paddock. Some have elevated ocean views, others have access to shady trees or are located in our own valley.

A deposit of 50% is required for bookings less than 14 days prior to arrival. 100% prepayment is required within 14 days prior to arrival. If you book for 1 night only, a 100% deposit is required.

The booking deposit will be refunded minus a 50% cancellation fee no later than 28 days before the day of arrival. Reservations canceled 28 days in advance are non-refundable. Red Beach TOP 10 Holiday Resort is located 25 minutes north of Auckland Harbor Bridge, on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast that borders Red Beach. Red Beach is 2 kilometers long and is a safe sandy beach. Red Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park also has its own private beach “Jacobs Ladder” located just 100 meters from the hotel where you can swim and fish safely.

Driving north from Auckland, take the Silverdale exit 398, take the third exit at the roundabout onto the Hibiscus Coast Highway, follow the HBC to Red Beach Road, turn right at the traffic lights, left a second time onto Bay Street, then take a third turn. left on Marie Avenue, go straight through the Marie Avenue intersection and our entrance is at the end of Marie Avenue. Drive south from Orev, turn left at the traffic lights onto Red Beach Road, second left onto Bay Street, then third left onto Marie Avenue, go straight through the intersection onto Marie Avenue and our entrance is at the end of Mary Avenue.
