The location was good, walking distance to all entertainment areas and many restaurants near the hotel. I have been here many times and stayed in other hotels, but this is a budget hotel with a good location, a big room, a big bed with English channels on TV, but it is worth it. My only fault is the loud air conditioning.

The location of the hotel was as expected. There wasn’t a lot of noise, the air conditioning unit was drowning anyway.
The maids woke up the house every day with a loud noise. The towels are disgusting and one day the list is torn. The water supplied to the room every day is terrible. The elevator worked for all eight floors and often had to wait for a long time.
First, the door handle was loose, which immediately left a bad impression. The music was very loud outside. A bar of soap in the bathroom would be appreciated.
This hotel is starting to fall apart. I was watching TV and I heard a strange noise. The floor started to crumble and all the tiles were standing like a horror movie. The same applies to the corridor. All walls are broken. I hope they resolve this situation. I have been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years and I am afraid to go back. And this time the staff was not very friendly. And around four o’clock in the morning, a drunk man was screaming in the hallway for about three hours, and no one came down. Not a really good stay this time and probably won’t be back. They even make me pay my girlfriend for a clean towel. Because.. the towels were new and dirty. !!

The bedclothes were threadbare and the duvet cover had many holes from the wear of the material. Towels should have been used as mops long ago. The toilet was not clean. Dust on the bedroom table. A slow elevator is completely inadequate for about 160 rooms on the 8th floor. The air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Many of my friends came for a vacation in Pattaya, so I booked 3 rooms. All 3 air conditioners were not good and the ducts had no direction, they put socks, paper etc. in the ducts to direct the cold air. 2 out of 3 Aircon 2 was not working at all and I set it to 18 to keep the room cool. It cooled the house, but it did not work satisfactorily. This also happened on several of my stays. There was dampness on the walls of my room. This hotel seems to have a lower standard. It’s a shame because it was a great hotel. We will look at other hotels now, but it is worth staying here because of the location. cheap hotel
The location of bars, restaurants and shops is a very good laundry outside. The bed was comfortable but only two singles pushed together.

The room was not cleaned to a high standard and the room keys were left in the counter all day which was not very secure and should have required a receipt? The towels in some rooms were sylvere. The gym has some old used bikes and cross trainers stuck in the corner.

Overall, it’s good to stay at this hotel. Do not leave money in hotel rooms.
We love the friendly and understanding staff. The location is good with lots of shops, street food and night markets around the hotel. Also, if you need to book a taxi, there is a car rental shop opposite the hotel’s main entrance (next to the lobby shop). The price is very reasonable if you are on a budget trip as the location is very central.

We don’t like the bad experience we had on August 20, 2018. Around 1:30pm (Thailand time) I was shocked to discover that my husband had lost 3,000 baht in his hotel room. His cash was stolen by one of the hotel staff and we suspect the cleaner stole the cash from his pants pocket and hung it in the closet. This is because we cleaned our room after returning to the hotel. I ran straight to the hotel reception and complained to the hotel management. They acted quickly and promised to reply by 3pm (Thailand time). The hotel staff called as promised, caught the culprit and informed the police. On the morning of August 21, 2018, before check-in, the hotel staff refunded my husband 3,000 baht and apologized.
The family room was large and comfortable. It is 2 km away and there are many food options near the hotel.
Great staff, great location, great hospitality. The room was cleaned and maintained from time to time without the guests’ knowledge. We stayed in this hotel for the second time. Both times were great stays. We are also waiting for the 3rd round.
