Located in the heritage-listed Rossella complex in Cremorne, Race Group’s new headquarters will see collaboration between CBRE Project Management, Futurespace, ARUP, Sandpit, Slattery, Trout, PLP and our VIC construction team. The race team’s move to Creemore will be the biggest in its history. Driven by a growing workforce and the need to future-proof their organization, the Cremore headquarters are a centralized hub to support the Race team’s commitment to innovation and improving the lives of their people and customers.

Spanning approximately 7,400 square meters over seven floors, the workspace will include a variety of open and collaborative workspaces, meeting rooms, meeting rooms and special client rooms. The project includes an immersive showroom on the ground floor with interactive displays and product design concepts to enable purposeful collaboration between employees, customers and suppliers.
