We created something very special at Kiddie Cove Early Learning Centre. We have an architecturally designed building and fully landscaped outdoor play areas, ensuring that the whole child is developed and nurtured in our care. As parents of our own 5 children, we know and understand how difficult it can be to leave your children with other people, which is why we have created a home away from home at the Kiddie Cove Early Learning Centre for you to be our Kiddie Cove part of the family.
As a teacher of 3 year olds, I provide a learning environment that fosters confidence and self-esteem in children, focusing on a play-based curriculum. As a parent, I believe in the importance of working with family members to provide a collaborative approach to learning.
Kiddie Cove Early Learning Centre offers healthy, nutritionally balanced, freshly prepared seasonal menus for children. The menu was designed by Nutrition Australia for the Early Learning sector and implemented by the centre’s live chef. The menu caters for all dietary needs and offers many opportunities for children to try new foods from different cultures.
The center understands the importance of educating children about a healthy and active lifestyle from an early age. Edible Herb Gardens will allow and encourage children, educators and center chefs to work together on the Garden to Plate program.

Children love spending time with the center chefs, who provide many cooking demonstrations to teach them how to cook while developing their numeracy and literacy skills.
I was very nervous about transferring our young girls from a family day care center to a traditional day care center. All I can say is that it’s going very well. The center is new, super clean and the staff are great communicators. My daughters were having fun, eating well and having a great time at Kiddie Cove. Getting them there is a huge stress reliever and help. highly recommended.

NQS measures the quality of early childhood education and care in Australia. It will include most long-term day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten and after-school care.
Based on these criteria, childcare services will be assessed and judged against the 7 quality areas, 18 criteria and 58 elements that make up the NQS.
