Target Opening Hours Chadstone – TARGET is one of AUSTRALIA’S leading retailers selling clothing, cosmetics, toys, homewares, electrical and consumer electronics through its 308 national stores.
Over the years, Target has built a reputation for providing Australians with great quality and value, as well as fun and well-loved promotions. However, the store experience was very limited.

In 2006, Davidson was asked to join ‘Team Target’, a group of communications consultants led by the campaign palace, to improve the in-store experience.

Our approach was to create an unforgettable experience by engaging consumers’ five senses. Our journey began with a trip to Los Angeles with Target executives to learn global best practices. Then, consumers were recruited to identify Target’s sensory cues.
Identifying these valuable insights, the Davidson team developed a number of concepts, the chosen concept was brought to life through digital flight and then two full live prototypes were built at the Chadstone and Glen shops. After Coles Group management signed off, we began rolling out the three-year concept across the entire 308 store network.
A positive response from store management, “…I saw a real change in the attitude of my employees during the redesign.” “The employees actually asked to be moved to the renovated stores!”
