We spent 4 nights in this hotel, it is very well located. It is away from the crowd, it is very quiet and only 10 minutes walk from the historical center. The owners and staff are very pleasant, always giving good advice. The room with balcony is very spacious, the breakfast is very generous and very good. Despite our poor English we were able to communicate with the owner who was very concerned about our well being and needs and was always willing to arrange travel or transfers for us. We arrived in Hoi An with no accommodation and found this beautiful hotel on Booking.com. com looking for a place near the old city. We went in to inquire about availability and were greeted by a lovely young lady who kindly showed us a room and reserved it for us. The hotel is very pleasant indeed, a few steps from the main attractions of the center but still in a very quiet area on a side street. The room is modern and feels authentic! Breakfast is served à la carte on the beautiful open terrace overlooking the grounds behind the hotel! There is also an indoor pool, which unfortunately we didn’t have time for! Ms.nh at reception was an absolute gem and made my stay at Thien Thanh Hotel unforgettable! ! In the evening she was always there for a chat, it’s fun! She helped me book my visit to Jack’s Cat Cafe and my son for a day and she convinced me to rent a bike from the hotel to cycle to N Bang Beach, such a beautiful ride I would like to thank you for this tip! ! If I ever come back to Hoi An this is the place I will visit again and I totally recommend it! !

Room very spacious, clean, mosquito net appreciated. Located in a quiet street except for works in the area. Shower head problem which was fixed the next morning. Having a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and grounds is nice, of course you can see the work in progress in the distance, but it’s always better than a street or dining room view. Only breakfast on the menu, right. Plus: they automatically bring a big plate of fresh fruit before every order.
Hoi An is a magical but very touristy place close to the river and the famous Japanese bridge with its thousands of colorful lanterns. It’s better to be a little away. Thien Thanh is 10 minutes away in a nice quiet area. Better to choose one of the larger rooms with a back balcony. Very low prices, small swimming pool with deckchairs and deckchairs, good breakfast. Lê Anh, the charming and mischievous manager, does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
